Paulie picked two trays of strawberries, I had to save some in the freezer for off season enjoyments
Clean strawberries were de-stemmed and placed in a single layer on a quarter sheet pan
Popped in the freezer for 30 minutes or until all of them are frozen solid, then stored in freezer zip lock bags
Here is what I used for the stem removal - sugar cube tongs
As a bonus mine have these tiny sceraded edges
To use - clamp around the stem
Twist and remove
Done in no time
Ready to enjoy now and later!
