Dinner - Meatballs A La Paulie Over Egg Noodles with Mushroom Ragu


Paulie made meatballs last night before we went to the Poultry Seminar, today they are dinner over egg noodles with a fresh sauce I made using canned tomatoes and mushrooms 

The cheese is from Aldi, we are trying different products from them to see which are worth the cost and taste good, the cheese passes but barely.  It tasted a bit artificial and squeaked when chewed.

This was my bowl, the noodles are a nice alternative to spaghetti and since I kept them separate from the homemade sauce so the leftovers could be used in another dish tomorrow.
