Thanksgiving 'Dry Run'

An abundant plate of Thanksgiving treats - roasted turkey, stuffing, green bean casserole, roasted garlic mashed potatoes and the ever present cranberry sauce

Perfectly roasted garlic, cleaned of the skins before being baked to avoid that sticky skins issue when cooked whole
Added to potatoes produce
these lovely mashed potatoes - creamy from sour cream instead of milk and butter (you can also use cream cheese or ricotta)

I prepped the stuffing veggies which Paulie cooked

Moist and flavorful with a nice peppery bite

Old Fashioned Green Bean Casserole complete with Fried Onion topping, some things can't be replaced

Last but certainly not least is the plum little 10 lb turkey Paulie got as a thank you for volunteering at the local food pantry giving rides for families without transportation to pick up their Thanksgiving dinner fixings
