The entire meal comes together in less than 15 minutes: egg noodles with salmon, shrimp, scallops and lobster.
The light sauce is lemon juice, lemon zest, butter and liquor from the scallops.
Seasoning could not be easier - salt, fresh garlic, lemon zest, red pepper flakes, fresh cracked black pepper and a couple of tablespoons of chopped fresh dill.
