Chicken Salad Stuffed Tomatoes - no this is not one of our chickens. lol
Garden picks - scallion, tomatoes, beans, cucumber and 3 eggs from the coop
Chicken cubed, scallions, dill, salt, black pepper, cucumber for crunch, 1 tbls mayo, lemon juice to taste
I scooped out the two small tomatoes and added the insides to the salad, the tops went to Moses
LUNCH - Easy, Peasy and tasty!
