I just ordered this Paderno World Cuisine Tri-Blde Plastic Spiral Vegetable cutter. Looking forward to trying all sorts of summer and root veggies both in the oven as curly 'fries' and as faux pasta. I'll do a proper review once it arrives later this week from Amanzon. Already dreaming of summer squash with pesto!
