Cristy, This is the most often requested meal in our house and if there are any left overs it's reborn as a 'tart' the following day by simply adding one beaten egg and pan frying the pasta mixture. Flip using a plate the same size as the pan and then cut into wedges. :)Natasha
OMY! that was divine. Thanx for the recipe. I used Coles Simply gluten free pasta and it was delish.
