A cold banana from the fridge - we got an incredible deal from our produce place for an entire box of bananas (10 lb) for $2.99. I put all the perfectly ripe ones in the fridge and left the rest on the fruit bowl in the kitchen to ripen up.
Lunch
I made a rookie mistake and left out the 1/2 a green apple so the juice ended up tasting a little too 'grassy'. I still drank it but did not enjoy it as much as I would have had I followed the recipe.

- Kale - 5-6 large leaves
- Celery - 2 medium stalks
- Carrot - 1/4 of the monster ones I had or 1 med size about 6-7 inches long and 1/2 inch wide
- Cucumber - 1 medium size about 8 inches long and 2 inch diameter, peeled because it was not organic and I could not garantee all that 'shiny' crap was off the skin. Otherwise, use the skin too.
- Lemon - juice of 1/2 lemon
- Apple - 1/2 a Granny Smith apple - I left this out and paid the price.
