What's inside is far less... The Enchilada was swimming in some sort of 'sauce' that could not be identified. The tortilla was chewy and started getting hard as I ate it. Directions were to microwave it on 50% power for 9 minutes... seems like a long time. The rice was fine but little flavor. The best thing on this plate is my fresh lime which I had to use generously over the entire meal to make it palatable.
Can't someone make a nutritious meal that tastes and looks good too?
