Haddock, breaded in Panko breadcrumbs, oven baked
Tartar Sauce:
- 1 cup mayonnaise, good quality or homemade
- 2 tbs chopped dill
- 1/4 cup chopped Bread & Butter pickles
- 1 tbs liquid from Bread & Butter pickles
- Zest of half a lemon
- Juice from half a lemon
- 1 tbs chopped capers
- Salt & Black pepper to taste
Mix in a sealable containers to refrigerate leftovers, if you have any.
