Dinner - Salad a la Paulie & Chili

Salad
Romaine, Red Leaf & Iceberg lettuce
Red Pepper
Red Onion
Celery
Plum Cherry Tomatoes
Pickling Cucumbers
Dill & Parsley
Salt & Black Pepper to taste

Chili
1.5 lb ground beef
1/2 red onion
3 celery stalks
1 - 14 oz can of kidney beans, drained & rinsed
1 - 14 oz can black beans, drained & rinsed
1 jalapeno, seeded and diced
1 - 14 oz can of stewed tomatoes
1 - 14 oz can of diced tomatoes
1 tbs cumin
1 tbs chili powder
1/2 tbs red pepper flakes
6 oz can of tomato paste
salt & black pepper to taste
