We had Tacos last night with lots of leftovers which I used in today's lunch - 'Mexican' Tomato Soup:
- Campbell's Tomato soup from concentrate
- 2 heaping tablespoons of taco seasoned ground beef
- 1 tablespoon of shredded cheese
- 1 tablespoon of chopped black olives
- 1 taco shell, toasted and crumpled into the soup for texture
