Love your take - I've been doing this, too, only papering them before squishing. I like the thought of the half circle. I also like running them through my Big Shot in an embossing folder when flattening them. Love the texture it gets.
Kathleen, Thank you, I played around with several ways of making it flat and if you need to make many - mass production style for say the Holidays - it's easy to prep most of the steps before adding the paper. I think I might even make some ahead of some holidays just to have them on hand to just pop in a Gift Card. :) Natasha
Kristi, I don't have a template because the tp roll centers vary in size and dimension. I start with the gift card which dictates how mush space is needed for the edges. :) Natasha

Do you have the template for the ends? or the big one?

Do you have a video showing how you decorate the outside? Do you usually cover it with paper first? Such a great idea!
